Hello, my name is Chris Brunner, and I would like to start off by saying thank you for taking the time to read my story and I would like to start off by telling you a little about myself. I am a 39 year old disabled United States Marine Veteran and I currently reside here in North Carolina. I have my beautiful wife Stephanie and my five children that live with us here in this great state. What I am doing is trying to fulfilling a dream of starting a business here in Real Estate Company to serve the community. You may ask why, well I am going to tell you, I bought my home in 2007 from a local company and being a first time home buyer I wasnt truly sure on what I was doing, so I laid my trust in my local realtor. The long story short is that the company and the previous owner covered a lot of things up and didnt tell us about certain issues which would eventually cost us well over $80,000.00 dollars. This type of treatment is not acceptable and it is happening everywhere. I

Alright some of you may know me as "Tee" and others know me as "NailGurl". I am just you every day nail techie with of love for all things nail art related! Over the course of a month, I ran a previous fundraiser for a nail art exhibition idea which was to be held here in NYC (set for 2017), and that campaign didn't quite work out as planned. Which is completely fine, it served as a reminder that things happen the way it is supposed to happen.I have an idea for a nail art magazine can give inspiration to nail lovers of any skill range, and keep readers engaged by focusing on strictly all areas of nail art. Never mind the cover to cover text clad magazines, let's just keep it simple and focus on primarily the nail art as a whole. Advertising would be kept at a minimum, which in turn would give readers a pleasurable experience. The idea is easy, but the hard work is getting this venture off of the ground. And this is where your help comes in. To get this magazine s
My name is Barend Buning, I'm an illustrator living in the Netherlands and I primarily specialize in graphite and ink artwork. The last few years I've been experimenting with different types of illustrations before settling on a distinct obscure and occult influenced type of art. All my upcoming projects will continue this path, and with your help I can achieve my next step, open my own professional screen printing business. I have worked hard the last few months shaping and detailing all possible aspects of this project and it is with great enthusiasm I want to make it happen. My goal is to start operations in January 2017 and every single contribution will help me inch closer to reach that objective. In short, I am raising funds to acquire basic equipment, materials and other tools to see this dream fulfilled. This limited edition (50 copies) has been specifically created for the occasion and will no longer be available the moment the last one has been forwarded
Our plan is to locate the caf in Amsterdam. Why? Mostly because of the tourism. Amsterdam is known for its variety in shops and caf's and this is why we think it would be highly suitable for us to start there. Our caf is inpsired by Japanese Maid Caf aesthetics. We are aware that Western demographics look differently at maids than Asians do, and that is why we want to use the maid and butler outfits to create a sense of luxury, together with great service and a smile from our future employees towards our customers. Of course our menu will consist of Asian, Western and vegetarian meals. Both with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The amount we ask for is based on several factors such as rent based on the first year (since most locations ask for the first year to be paid upfront), hardware, taxes, promotion, and of course multiple permits in order to be able to run our caf. We also need to pay for webhosting and to the chamber of commerce NL (KvK).It will mean
