It's no secret that I've been advocating for the plight of the refugees in Europe. Nearly every day I think to myself that I need to go to to Greece. Well now I am. I will be heading to Greece in June to distribute aid, hope, and humanity.
The brutal conflict in Syria has caused one of the largest crisis the world has ever seen. Volunteers from around the world are in camps every day trying their best to ease pain, feed babies, put shoes on feet, and fit baby carriers to moms, dads, and siblings so they can have their hands free to take care of themselves and their neighbors.
This summer I am hoping to count myself as one of those volunteers on the ground in action as the helper that is so desperately needed. I know it may be asking a lot, but I am asking for your help to get me there. I'd like to collect $2,000 to cover the cost of flights, accommodations, and some extra to purchase additional aid on the ground.
Please consider helping me to get there! And please share this if you are you so inclined. I'll keep a trip journal which I'll share to keep you all up to date on the impact you created with your generosity. Thank you!
