On May 31, 2017, Cynthia Yvonne Bird loving mother of three children, loving grandmother of three grandchildren and oldest sibling of five went to a scheduled doctor's appointment regarding a treatment for a UTI. She was administered an antibiotic shot in the doctor's office. Upon receiving the shot, Cynthia suffered a severe reaction to the antibiotic causing her to go into anaphylactic shock. During the reaction, Cynthia fainted in the doctor's office and was given CPR. The paramedics gave CPR for 23 minutes Upon being admitted to the hospital. A few days later Cynthia was declared brain dead with a zero percent chance of recovery and began having seizures shortly after. Cynthia has always taken care of everyone before herself. Cynthia spent her whole life as a CNA/Caregiver. Now is the time to do the same for her. We are now in the process of having to take Cynthia off of life support so she can have a peaceful transition, however, she doesn't have life insurance. The one thing she always wanted was to have a proper burial. All we'd like to do is provide her with a proper burial that she would have wanted. If you can please find it in your heart to help our family in need, the smallest donation would make a difference. Our family would be very appreciative of any donation in any amount.
