My name is Jason, I'm an evangelist in the Shreveport area. I received the calling to serve about 3 years ago. I've worked my way from sharing the word with anyone who would listen to where I am now. Several months ago I received a word from the Lord that it is time to expand my ministry to a larger audience, to build a place of worship to one and all to come and worship our Lord, but in an unconventional way. The completed project includes a chapel and an outdoor meeting area. This is to be open 24/7 for anyone to come and pray, worship, hold bible studies, service gatherings, wedding services, etc. The outdoor area will be open for the same, including community picnics. Size for the chapel is being planned now, looking at a small 400-600sq ft. Property location is being scouted as well, all depending on amount raised and property cost. I have a background in construction and will be building this myself, with the help of volunteers. This is my vision for my ministry as given to me

I have a beautiful story about a Native American artist/healer who leaves prison after eightyears - for a crime she never committed. Her artistic and healing skills have continued to grow,so much so that they threaten her very being. And she has PTSD. Hounded by an ambitious DistrictAttorney and hostile jury after bogus charges, she must call upon the Universe with her art and musicand healing and love. And so she does. This is a story that must be told!
I am reaching out to people to help my family have a funeral for my grandma. My grandma Debbie passed away on February 8th, just a month ago my daughter and I went up to see her so that she could meet her first and only great-grandchild for the first and unfortunately the last time. She was an amazing friend, mother and grandmother. We are raising for a funeral because when my grandma passed she had no life insurance policy in place. I am creating this page so that we can raise money to send my grandma home and give her a traditional funeral. Every donation counts, even if only $5, every dollar counts.
I used to dance my senior year of high school.Practicing for a ballet performance I had coming up led to me realizing my back was hurting and I felt a lump. I went to the doctor who said it was nothing. A year later it started hurting a lot. I went to a different doctor and I was told there was a 90% chance it was cancer because it grew and it grew quickly. I got a chance to meet with a surgeon who is fairly certain the lump is a lipoma. My lipoma is fairly large and a lot deeper than visible. As a result, I have to have a much more intricate surgery than a normal lipoma needs. I have to be under anesthesia completely and it will leave a large wound that has to have a surgery drain in for at least a week. I also have to have a biopsy of the tissue done to figure out of it is benign or cancerous. A typical lipoma removal costs only $300-$1,000, but because mine is larger and deeper, it will cost a lot more as a combination of the copay and hospital fee. I am a full time college
At the age of 30 I chose to return to college to improve my life, currently I only have 2 semesters left before I can become an RN. I have applied for scholarships and work odd jobs when I can to earn money, but sadly its not enough to cover my tuition, bills and school books. Please help me finish school and become a nurse so I can in-turn help others.
In 2008, I moved to British Columbia, Canada from Jamaica as an international student. I attended the Okanagan College and was enrolled in a Diploma in Crimnal Justce a two year program. I had enough to pay for a for my first semester and first two months of rent but beyond that I would be depending on my mom for assistance. At the time, I had to be enrolled for 6 months before I could apply for a work permit and accept empoyment. My first semester was good, I made the deans list and felt pretty confident about moving forward. This was when reality struck. I found out from my mom she would not be able to help past the next semester so I would need to figure out my way forward. The cost of international tuition fees and plus the cost of my rent was proving to much for her. After completeing my second semester I was able to get a work permit. The work permit allowed me to accept work while school was on break. I started looking for work but because I was a immigrant, no one was
This summer, I have the amazing opportunity to serve as part of a program called Engage Intern through ELIC (English Language Institute/China). ELIC is a non-profit organization which sends Christians to Asia to teach conversational English to students there. I will be teaching English for two months abroad in southeast Asia. I am most looking forward to building intentional relationships with my students.During the month of June, I will be in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I will be teaching conversational English to university students and serving with a childrens ministry doing sports and activities with local Khmer kids. After that, my team will fly to Vietnam. The first week I will be in the capital city of Hanoi and be part of a cultural exchange program with university students. Then I will go to the countrysideand have t
