I'm Tim and I want to help the people that had no other options then to jump in a small boat with to many people and then could only hope to get ashore safely. I want to help those who came to Europe with the hope of being able to lead a normal live again, but instead they were put in to camps, like aninmals, and locked away from the rest of the world with large fences, barbwire and often law officers who will hurt anyone who tries to get out off a camp. But what people often forget is that these people have given up everything, their home, their family and loved ones and risked even the lives of not only themselves but often their childeren's lives. And what did they get for that? Being treated like animals, that's what they got.But I will try to help them, because on December 7th 2016 I will travel to Greece and help the people who are already helping the refugees in the camps. The trip is already self funded, and with the money from this campaign I will buy the thin

I'm associated with a group of like hearted folks that for logical, safety and security reasons prefers to remain Nameless and Faceless. Let me assure you that this in no way invalidates how REAL I am or how real we are as a Team. We go out every single night to feed and/or help people in need, and try to be instrumental in meeting the spiritual and tangible needs of the less fortunate. Please allow me to share with you some of the milestones that we have been part of, for just over 9 years, daily, in the Greater Sacramento Region of California (non exclusive to Woodland, West Sacramento, South Natomas and down I-5 and Hwy 99 to and including Elk Grove).1. To date over 404,149+ pizzas (approximately 4,041,490+ slices) have been personally delivered to the less fortunate. This includes but c
As the fires rage in the Southern Appalachians, leaving many NC and TN residents homeless and dependent on charity for the most basic needs, we are putting out the call to our brothers and sisters across the land (and globe) to give till it hurts. These good mountain folk have been widely ignored and spurned by coastal elites as their homes and lives are destroyed. They need our help.Once the fundraising drive has completed, funds will be used to purchase (via an online retailer) necessities like nonperishable food, diapers, and clothing, as well as comfort items for children. The order(s) will be shipped to one or a few locations in the area receiving relief deliveries. (Update: this is contingent on whether local spots are still accepting in-kind d'nations. The fundraiser will wrap up on Sunday (12/4/16) night at 11:59:59 EST, so give early and often!
This year for Christmas Michelle and I will be hosting an event to distribute school supplies and some simple toys to the children of Coron. If any of you have seen my pics from earlier in the year, you can see Coron is a simply beautiful, albeit underdeveloped, part of the world. The children of Coron are very pure hearted, appreciative, and would never ask for anything. They always try to find a way to make due, this year we'd like to help them out with school supplies and maybe some simple toys. In 2017 I will formalize this into a proper charity to help lift as many children out of poverty as possible. But for now I'd like to just focus on giving them a good Christmas. I'll be heading over around December 17th and will buy as many school supplies as I can in Manilla then head to Coron for a Christmas Day
Almost 1200 students lack access to primary education in the capital city, New Delhi. A large part of this population are children forced into child labor through activities such as rag picking. At a major dumpsite on the outskirts of New Delhi, Shuddhi Team discovered numerous young hands scavenging through urban litter whereas they must ideally be holding pencils in a hygienic and empowering environment. Shuddhi, a non-governmental organization devoted towards working for the benefit of underprivileged children among other issues, aims to construct a school that in addition basic academics also trains children in basic life skills, democratic values and learning competencies. The school will function as a charitable school providing remarkable education to underprivileged children through one on one mentorship, and sponsorship accomplished by socially conscious individuals. In addition to providing direct passage to education, this model will also expand their horizon
We started by expressing our desire to adopt a child specifically in order to save their life from abortion. After an incredible response to our post, we realized the need for a long process to adopt and began that journey. After finally completing that road and getting home study approved, we had been awaiting the opportunity to save a life to come about. Then we heard about a sweet 5 year old boy from Africa who had been adopted in Spring 2016 but whose adoptive parents needed to find him a new placement. Their story spoke to our hearts and the Lord made it very clear to move in that direction - that ALL Life matters, not just infants. And so we listened, moved forward, and are now in the process of bringing this boy home and adopting him!As of December 1, in this new situation, we still need to raise about $8,000 (which would be about $13,000total) to cover

At Christmas, we were looking at rings. In January, she was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer. Six weeks ago, they told us it was 90% gone. Three weeks ago, she started getting headaches. Last Friday, they said the cancer had metastasized to her meninges and spinal fluid. When we got the prognosis, and everyone was still in shock, she turned to me and in her matter of fact, completely confident way said, "We're getting married".Please help me make this a reality for her!! And help us fund whatever adventures we can think of as we live out every last day to the fullest!!
We come from a place where opportunities rarely come but we developed a community that supports each-others goals. Our cheerleaders stay after school 3-4 days a week for up to three hours a day. They are beyond dedicated and love to be apart of something that brings them so much joy. Our whole team also excels in academics, having at least a 85 average or better, apart of student council, national honor society and programs that give college credit in high school. Our school is also located in a high-needs area and rarely receives extra money to support the program's we put together to better our school's community. We hope to bring our teams dream to life by sending them to Nationals in Orlando Florida in 2017.We are asking for the worlds help because somewhere, out there, there has to be someone that can relate to starting out with absolutely nothing and end up growing flowers through concrete cracks. We just need someone to help sprinkle a bit more water so we
I'm running a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) on July 4th, dedicated to Joe Danger. This is part of my personal contribution to the greater fundraising effort for Joe. I'm asking you to support me and support Joe - or even better, join us at the finish line!Joe fell ill and was taken to the ER on March 6th and subsequently admitted into ICU where he slipped into a deep coma for over 5 weeks. The cause of Joe's illness and coma was a mystery and required massive amounts of medications and steroids to reverse inflammation to his brain, which was causing severe brain damage. While the cause of illness still largely remains a mystery, doctors came to a consensus that Joe's immune system had overreacted, turned against his own body and began attacking his brain. The combination of medications and the severity of brain damage made Joes prognosis and recovery grim and unpredictable. The hard work is paying off. At the time of this writing (5/13), Joe is on his 70th day of ho
